Eurocape III Property Finance - Secured Lending Investment Opportunity
Acorn is pleased to announce that the Eurocape III Property Finance investment fund is now open for investment.
This is the third opportunity in the thriving Eurocape series. Eurocape has been successfully making asset backed loans to property developers in South Africa and the EU for 2 years and, due to the demand for its services, has launched another Fund.
Loans already made by Eurocape are obtaining a typical rate of 1.5% per month and investors are receiving 9.85% p.a. return. Continued performance at this level will allow the Fund to pay a final bonus of some 12%, taking the overall return to around 11.76% p.a. Additionally, Eurocape is now seeking to increase the returns, whilst maintaining the level of security by receiving a share of the development profits. By including this, the Fund is targeting an overall return of 16% p.a.
Eurocape has so far lent to developments including affordable housing projects and sectional title apartments in South Africa and a five star resort in Bulgaria. Because of Eurocape’s growing reputation, future lending opportunities have already been identified including a number of 4000 unit affordable housing projects in South Africa.

The Residential Ventures Fund is also open for investment. Residential Ventures has been established to capitalise on the emerging distressed residential property market in the UK. The Fund will acquire residential properties at a high discount to the underlying value and will let the properties, for example, to key workers until property prices improve, at which point it will sell at a profit.
